MISSION OF PRACTICE:

I stand behind delivering tailored care, focused on clinical findings. I aim to empower each patient to be the frontrunner of their healthcare. I will educate you towards efficient movement.

As an Remedial Massage Therapist my post graduate study has been a learning how (my) & your body can move with ease & efficiency.

I believe that showing up and spending time focusing on your body awareness is time well spent. Learning how to build resilience to injury, great breathing drills, and strength in the body is what I train myself and others in.

I choose to cue anatomy, to empower patients to dial into how their body moves, to discover how it doesn’t and start to turn the cogs of how they can create long term change.

encourage patients to know their anatomy, to show up for treatment when they have exhausted their corrective strategies &  need extra help to get them moving pain free.

I promise to help you to find a pain solution and to empower you to move with efficiency and freedom.
