As a S&C (Strength & Conditioning) Coach, I practice movement with patients, mates, athletes and most importantly in myself. I practice & train self correcting a number of faulty patterns in my body, which fine tunes training YOU TO FEEL STABLE & STRONG.
All Training’s are built on 7 development patterns. You learn how to control each pattern to create change – then load them up with STRENGTH.
